190e Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 190e platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 190e platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using the 190e platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as any related policies displayed on our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 190e platform. Continued use following any updates to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The 190e platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 190e reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not satisfy this requirement.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 190e. Registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and any details required for identity verification.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone. 190e will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

User Responsibilities
- Use the platform solely for lawful and permitted entertainment purposes.
- Not using automated software, bots or any unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not attempting to cheat, manipulate or abuse any system, promotion or game mechanism.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia relating to the use of online entertainment platforms.
- Notify 190e immediately if you become aware of any technical errors or discrepancies in your account balance.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 190e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet and local bank transfers. 190e does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
Deposit Policy
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. FPX and eWallet transactions are typically processed instantly. If there is an unexpected delay, please contact customer support with proof of the transaction.
190e reserves the right to request additional verification before processing deposits or withdrawals for legal compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes. You agree to cooperate fully with this verification process.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. 190e does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and must meet all stipulated conditions, including any rollover requirements tied to bonuses received.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 190e platform:
- Fraud, identity impersonation or the use of false information during registration or transactions.
- Hacking, security breaches or any attempt to access another user's data.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
- Market manipulation, collusion between users to exploit the system, or any form of organised fraud.
Account Suspension and Closure
190e reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or if directed to do so by the relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate balance in the account may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to claim any compensation or recovery of unused bonus balances.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
190e Liability Limits
190e makes no guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption, errors, or technical failures. The platform is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or funds due to technical errors beyond our control.
In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, 190e reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant transactions at its reasonable discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 190e platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code and interfaces — is the property of 190e or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 190e.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Where the 190e platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for informational convenience only. 190e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Right to Amend Terms
190e reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in response to business requirements, legal changes or platform improvements. Any changes that take effect will be communicated via an on-platform notice or by email to the address registered on your account.
It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
